Note: The addition of spectators to this event has allowed us to lower the cost to entrants. Everyone who entered at the initial price ($250/$400) will receive a refund of the difference.
Street Class is now judged with prizes for the winner and two runners-up on both days. Practice skid in the morning session and then a judged burnout in the afternoon session for a shot at the prizes.

Two skids per day unless weather forces otherwise or your car breaks. No passengers are allowed in the judged competition session (IHRA rules). Buddies can watch the burnouts from catering areas at the grandstand (subject to social distancing).
Prize pool on offer for Burnout Masters Sydney is valued at $15,000. This is made up of $3000 for first place, $1500 for second, and $500 for third (Burnout Masters Category), and $500 for first place (Street Category), on each of the two days of the event. There are also 3 x Summernats Burnout Masters tickets available on each day of competition (six in total).
Each day is split into two sessions – practice and competition. Each session will be split into one-hour slots of 20 cars.

9AM – 2PM Practice session
3PM – 8PM Competition session
Choose your burnout time slot when you buy your entry. Burnout time slots are available on a first come first served basis. You must stick to your time to keep things safe and manageable.
Burnout Masters at Sydney Dragway is judged under the same rules as the Summernats Burnout Masters.

This section is really important! Burnout Masters at Sydney Dragway operates under IHRA Sanction, and our operation plan also adopts advice from Motorsport Australia’s Return to Race plan.
WE’RE DOING SOCIAL DISTANCING
Maintain your distance in all parts of the venues including the pits. It’s really important.
PLEASE DON’T COME IF YOU’RE FEELING CROOK
If you’re not feeling well, don’t come. It’s not worth it. Your temperature will be tested on arrival, and you won’t be allowed into the venue if your temp is over the Government guidelines. This is for all of our safety. You will receive a full refund if you are excluded from the venue for this reason.
DOWNLOAD THE COVID APP – IT’S HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
We do ask you to think about downloading and running the Government’s COVID SAFE app while at the event. It’s not compulsory, but please consider the community benefits and privacy issues when making your decision.
BRING YOUR OWN FIRE SUIT AND HELMET
Fire suits and helmets are compulsory for drivers and passengers. As you can understand, for hygiene reasons, there will be no fire suits available for loan at this event. Fire suits (SFI 3.2A/5 minimum) and helmets (AS/NZS 1698 minimum) are compulsory.
NO CONTACT SCRUTINEERING
We’ll do spot checks on your vehicle, but you’ll be asked to make a declaration about your vehicle meeting the safety requirements, and same for your PPE.
There’s plenty of sanitizer and handwashing stations around the venue. Use them!
DRIVER AND OFFICIAL BRIEFINGS
There are no massed driver/official briefings. We’ll send the info out to you beforehand so you can read it and sign it all online.
